Fine as well. Congratulations again. You've officially become a pharmacist today.
Thank you! Thank God! I'm Grateful.
I'd like to ask you sir...'what was ur drive through skul...that fuelled your achieving academic excellence?'
It was mainly faith and consistency.
Faith and Consistency. True. What impacts does being consistent..make in the academic life of a student, talking from your experience?
Pharmacy school is all about consistency. Basically, we're are what we repeatedly do.
Excellence therefore, is not an act, but a habit.
To succeed in pharmacy school, you have to focus on being consistent and be prayerful. It's not for the brilliant alone.
I wasn't really as good then as I am today.
I mingled with the right people from the very start. I attended lectures and tutorials, participated in group readings, used the library for research and extra reading effectively, read and did my assignments on time, and didn't joke with practical lab sessions.
I also made friends with a lot of Senior colleagues too.
I like being alone.
Have a productive alone time. It makes you, think deeply about your future, goals and ambitions.
Well said. Sir, do you have some words of encouragement for other pharmacy students?
Pharmacy school is not all about books. Learn outside the scope of pharmacy.
Develop an entrepreneurial spirit. To be skilled in other areas makes you a pharmacist plus.
Discover your talents.
Network and mix with the right people coz you'll need them after school.
Read motivational books and listen to messages.
Most importantly, Invest in yourself right from the start. Invest in people, invest In people ahead of you, invest in people living your dream.
Ensure you continue to push for personal and professional development.
Striving to build your intellectual worth will always transit into academic excellence.
The biggest room in the world is the room for improvement.
Never let anyone push you down or discourage you. Anything is achievable, of you're willing to male it work.
Don't forget God. Develop a relationship with Him, and do His work in whatever capacity. God will never forsake his own.
Delay isn't denial!
